I now need the following

For the ethos of the company original brief for the logo below:
I am creating a new business advisory company called Global Strategic Growth. the Web address will be www.globalstrategicgrowth.com This business is focused on assisting medium size businesses to achieve their growth objectives. The three pillars are self explanatory -it is focused on businesses that seek to build a global footprint, they seek to define/refine their business model and strategy, they are forward looking and focused on achieving growth.
The ethos of this company will be innovative thinking, passionate, dynamic, entrepreneurial this should reflected in the logo. That said the Logo should not be 'complicated' it should be simple and elegant...
