Task Description
Photoshop design required for website - no coding, this is design only.
ClockIt is a new product which uses smartphone platform to record real time data of racehorses during a training session. Data recorded include speed, sectional times, and heart rate. The data is sent to a smartphone carried by the rider ( using jockey app) and is then uploaded to a web server where it can be transmitted immediately to a paired mobile device carries by the trainer, or stored for subsequent data analysis and reporting. The use of this datain racehorse training is not new, but using the smartphone platform to record it is, as is the immediacy of data viewing by the trainer and the web based storage and analysis. This is a product which will have enormous penetration in its markelace and it is intended for a worldwide audience.
This is a design project only, no coding. We need a home page to provide information about the product to prospective clients, to then link to further information pages, and to link to the portal to take registered users on to the functional deeper parts of the site which allow access to their data.
A logo competition has been run on design crowd and the successful logo is attached. The name and corporate branding of ClockIt ( please note capital C and I, and no space) are very important. Web site colors should reflect those of the logo.
The home page should include:
1) the logo,
2) a panel containing a text description of the product and it's functionality, which may contain just opening paragraph and then expand on click,
3) graphic of an iphone
4) a google earth view (or similar) of a racetrack which will link to a youtube video
5) good quality large scale photo of racehorse in action
6) banner add space (1 large and 1 small if possible)
7)news feed scroll
8)social network links (minor significance)
Please note that the by line for the logo has been amended to "measure success" from "the measure of success". This can be incorporated as part of the logo or used in larger font in a more prominent position on the page.

Feel of the site should be simple, clean lines, clinical, scientific but not complex. More empty space Is better. There is a lot of information and links to occur on this site, designer should editorialize as they see fit to achieve an attention grabbing format which is not does not appear over complex or over busy on first impression. Expandable text or additional links may be best Way to achieve this. Specific text is not required, just fill text panels with sample text.
The product is aimed a racehorse trainers who are predominantly male and in the 35-65 age bracket although the technology will appeal mostly to those in the younger demographic. It is intended to significantly enHance their ability to improve racehorse fitness and thus race results and prize money returns.
