Thanks for your questions.

I do not have a preferred color, but the icon will have to be well visibile and distinguishable when placed on the desktop in 32x32 format.
The company is named "e consulting".
I have no preferred type of icon. The software mainly deals with on demand modified invoicing, document archival and accounting.
